This is the standard form used by Faculty/Divisions for the recording of all compliments, comments and complaints within the University.
This form can be completed online and submitted via email or printed and submitted by post.

Response to Compliments, Comments and Complaints

CQUniversity will seek to:
- listen to the views of students;
- address any concerns students may have; and
- constantly improve the quality of CQUniversity products, services and policies.
All genuine complaints will be taken seriously. The relevant circumstances and information surrounding a complaint will be investigated to the level warranted by the severity of the complaint. Where anonymity has been requested, the need to protect the complainant's identity may impact on the level of the investigation.
The complaints handling process will reflect the principles of natural justice and procedural fairness.
CQUniversity will deal with customer complaints in a constructive and timely manner.
